If you continue to browse and use our website, you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in regard to our website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘Price and Buckland Ltd’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’, refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Price and Buckland Ltd, Benneworth Close, Hucknall, Nottingham, NG15 6EL. Our company registration number is 636587 and we are registered in England. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms:

Registration

In order to use our online service, we request that the user create an online account. This will ensure you are able to see order history, easily return items to us and manage your account.

You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account details and you accept responsibility for all activities under your account. If you think someone has accessed your account without your authorisation, please inform us immediately.

Please keep your account details up to date to ensure we have the correct delivery address and contact details.

Purchasing online

The price of the goods is shown on the relevant pages and includes VAT where applicable.

We will send you an Order Confirmation by email to confirm we have received your order. If you have not received an email within 10 minutes of placing your order, please check your payment has gone through. If payment has gone through, then please give us a call.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we always have sufficient stock. If you purchase an item that is out of stock, payment will be taken at that time, and we will inform you as soon as we can. If stock is not available, we will contact you via email:

  • Will tell you when the item will be available
  • Will ask if you would like to cancel your order for the item concerned
  • May offer you an alternative size if available

We may deliver your items in instalments if they are not all available at the time of ordering at no extra charge.

We will send you an email informing you when your order has been dispatched and include a Delivery Note in the parcel. This note will explain how you are able to return items to us, for which you will need to have registered an account with us.

Delivery

Delivery costs are confirmed and added to the total cost of the garments ordered at Checkout.

Delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour service will be made to the address given at checkout. You do not need to sign for the delivery. Royal Mail will attempt delivery twice, and if they are unable to deliver your parcel, they will hold it at the sorting office, normally for 2 weeks, and leave a card explaining how to re-arrange delivery or collection.

You should allow up to 5 working days for delivery to a home or work address. You will receive an email from Royal Mail providing you with the tracking details. Delivery times may be extended during the busy Back to School period (July & August).

Where the school permits delivery to school and you have chosen the ‘Into School’ delivery option, please check the Delivery Schedule and the school’s collection procedure. The Into School delivery option may be disabled during holiday periods at the discretion of the school.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order at any time before we have dispatched your order, however, if the order has already been processed, we may deliver the parcel and ask you to return it using our FREE returns service. We will credit you the full amount.

You can also cancel your order within 14 days of the date you received the items. You need to return the items within an additional 14 days and can use our FREE Returns service.

Please note the right to cancel does not apply to items personalised with initials or names, and made-to-measure garments.

All garments should be returned in a new and unused condition in their original packaging.

Returns

There are many reasons why you might want to return an item, and we want to make the process as easy as possible.

We are pleased to offer FREE Returns, providing items are returned within 30 days of receipt. The returns period is extended to 90 days for orders placed in June and July and August. Returns beyond these times will be subject to the discretion of Price & Buckland.

Garments should be returned in a new and unused condition. Socks, tights, hair clips and scrunchies will only be credited if returned in their original packaging. The hygiene sticker in swimsuits must not have been removed.

Personalised items with initials or names, and made-to-measure garments can’t be returned.

To return an item follow the steps on this webpage: https://price-buckland.co.uk/how-to-create-a-return. Our FREE Returns service uses Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service so you can track the progress of the return.

We will send you an email when we have received the returned item(s) and we will then process the refund within 5 working days. We will also send you an email when the refund has been processed and you should allow 3-5 working days for the money to appear in your bank account.

Faulty Items

If you believe a garment is faulty, you should contact Customer Services on 0115 9640827 or email webenquiry@price-buckland.co.uk . We may ask you to either return the garment to us or send a photograph.

We will inspect the garment and if we believe there is a manufacturing fault we will repair, replace or refund it. If the garment to be returned has been worn, please wash it before posting it to us.

Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an item that is not what you ordered then we will exchange this for you. Please either contact us with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details, or log into your account and follow these instructions - https://price-buckland.co.uk/how-to-create-a-return. Then return it to us using the free returns service and once we receive it, we will send out the replacement within 1-2 working days via our Royal Mail first class service.
