SCHOOL UNIFORM ONLINE SERVICE
For schools that don’t want direct involvement in the sale of their school uniform, but want to ensure the style and quality of uniform remains consistent, we offer an online service for parents. Our eCommerce service is a simple, bespoke online ordering site where parents can view and order their child’s uniform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Parents can order at their own convenience, with garments usually dispatched to a personal address within 5 working days*. Additionally, with your permission, orders can be delivered into school free of charge, twice a month.
*Delivery times will be extended through our busier months (June-September).
We also offer FREE Returns, a FREE Sizing set and FREE delivery over £65.
Our platform has the flexibility to create a unique and branded online shop. We can work with you on designing your whole uniform and strategy to ensure parents receive a stress-free and efficient service. We have a dedicated customer service team who are always on hand too, whether it’s on the phone or using our online chat.

DIRECT TO SCHOOL SERVICE
Once your uniform has been agreed, including compulsory and optional items, and embroidery has been approved we can supply the garments directly into your school.
However, bespoke your uniform might be, our direct into school delivery service is super-efficient and convenient. Our service gives you the option to keep stock in school or order it as and when required using our Stock Holding Service, freeing up space and resources.
Stock Holding Service
We will work with you to agree what you are likely to need for the year, and then produce and store it for you. You can order as much or as little as you like, we will deliver into your school within 5 working days.
The garments will only be invoiced when they are delivered and we will send you a report on a regular basis showing the current stock we are holding on your behalf as well as the sales by product and size.

With one of our free consultation sessions, we can discuss your schools’ style and ethos, as well as understanding your garment needs and budget.
We can also discuss our range of sportswear that we have available to help you create your complete uniform look.
DESIGN
To make sure we deliver your perfect uniform vision, our in-house design team will create a range of visuals for you to review.
Our design team will illustrate multiple uniform options with the colour ways, garments and accessories you have chosen during the consultation session.
Our design team pride themselves on producing modern and influential designs whilst keeping practicality in mind.
SAMPLING
In addition to visuals of the uniform we also offer samples.
Whether you are looking for a specific colour or want to guarantee you are selecting the right fabrics, we encourage you to take advantage of our free fabric swatches and garment samples. This will help to bring your uniform and sportswear ideas to life.
Samples are an invaluable part of the process as they help to quickly narrow down what’s wanted.
DISTRIBUTION
Once your uniform has gone through to production, we will use our experience and knowledge to arrange an efficient and easy distribution plan.
