Home Delivery
- We try our best to get your order to you as fast as we can. Currently orders take 3 - 5 working days to be despatched from our warehouse. They are then sent via Royal Mail on a tracked service which can take up to 5 working days. Please note delivery timescales can be extended during peak period (July - October).
- On dispatch, you will receive an email along with tracking details from Royal mail.
- Please only contact us after 10 working days if your delivery hasn't arrived.
School Deliveries
NOT ALL SCHOOLS ACCEPT DELIVERIES; PLEASE SPEAK TO YOUR SCHOOL TO CHECK IF THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE.
- Deliveries into school are free of charge.
- Deliveries into school are despatched on the Friday before the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month*.
- Please note most schools do not accept deliveries during the summer holidays.
- You will receive an email telling you when your order has been packed and ready to be sent. Your order will then be included in the next scheduled delivery into school. Please refer to the chart below.
- Please speak to the school office to check when they are happy for you to collect your order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service.
CAN I COME AND COLLECT MY ORDER FROM PRICE AND BUCKLAND?
We are unable to offer this service as we do not have the facilities to allow collections.
