When All Hallows School Came for a Visit
This week, the clatter of the embroidery machines and the buzz of bagging machines were joyfully interrupted by the sound of excited chatter, the shuffle of lots of school shoes… and just a hint of TikTok ambition! We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming 23 bright-eyed children from All Hallows Primary School for a behind-the-scenes adventure into the world of school uniforms, and what a morning it was!
From the moment they stepped through our doors on Monday, June 23rd at 10am, we knew this wasn’t going to be an ordinary day at HQ and our teams were braced for impact - in the best possible way.
We love collaborating with schools for days like this! Check out our collaboration with Parkside High and our business insight workshop with Bulwell Academy.

✏️ Printing, Pencils & Personalisation
First stop on the day’s itinerary: our talented Embroidery Digitiser & Artworker, Emma along with our HR Manager Rachel led a fun, hands-on printing session where each child had the chance to personalise their very own pencil case. Watching the pupils light up as their names appeared in bold, vibrant letters was a joy to behold (and we suspect we’ve now got a few future graphic designers in the making).

📦 A Race Through the Warehouse
Next up: the warehouse tour! Matt guided the children through our process, explained how orders are picked and packed with precision. The children all got the chance to check and bag a real customer on our bagging machine, ensuring it was perfectly packed and sent along the conveyer ready for despatch!
And then, the ultimate challenge… The Great Scavenger Hunt. The children hunted down items across our storage aisles like seasoned pros. From locating 3 T-Shirts in different shades of green – bottle to jade, to spotting an elusive purple PE Bag, hidden right at the back of the warehouse. We were amazed at their teamwork, speed, and incredible attention to detail. Move over logistics, we’ve got some junior pros in training!

📸 Lights, Camera, Laughter
Of course, no visit would be complete without a little glamour. James from the Marketing team welcomed the students into our photography studio for a mini photo shoot experience. Cameras flashed, poses were struck, and more than one child declared, “Can you put us on TikTok?!”
We certainly saw some future influencers in the making. The children had the opportunity to learn about lighting, backdrops, and what it takes to bring our uniform catalogue to life - all while grinning ear to ear.
They absolutely nailed their modelling debut, showing off our accessories like total pros. From backpacks to sun hats! One of the highlights? Liz the Senior Administrator at the school was very good-humoured and somehow ended up wearing every colour of our sun hats at once. We’re calling it the “Rainbow Hat Look”- coming to a catwalk near you!

🏅 Certificates & Celebrations
To wrap up their two-hour adventure, each child received special certificates to celebrate their achievements; Scavenger Hunt Star, Order Packing Hero, Print Master Prodigy and Photography Whizz Kid.
A massive thank you to All Hallows Primary School for bringing such joy, curiosity, and energy into our day. You truly brightened the office, and we’re still smiling thinking about all the memorable moments. Also, a big shout-out to our staff across departments who made the visit run so smoothly, from printing stations to photo sessions – especially Kayleigh, who swapped her usual account management role for event management, putting her skills to new uses arranging the visit and leading the groups in their adventure.
Who knows? Maybe next time, we will post that TikTok… 😉
Until next time, All Hallows - keep being brilliant!
